AECS - Enrichment Curricular Activities
The Enrichment Curricular Activities (AEC) at the Terras de Larus School Group aim to address the sociocultural needs of students and the community. These activities complement the traditional curriculum, promoting socio-emotional skills, vocational discovery, and entrepreneurial competencies, aligned with the School Group's Educational Project.
PURPOSES
The AEC aims to:

Strengthen key competencies for academic success.

Strengthen relationships between the school, families, and the local community.

Promote the connection between the school and the environment, solidarity, and European citizenship.

Encourage sports practice and artistic expression.

Foster the discovery of vocations and the development of entrepreneurial skills.
GUIDING PRINCIPLES
The AEC is regulated by Decree-Law No. 212/2009 and Ordinance No. 644-A/2015, offering formative, cultural, and recreational activities that complement the curriculum. The Terras de Larus School Group, in partnership with UAP – Union of Parents' Associations of the Terras de Larus School Group, ensures a diversified and tailored offer to meet students' needs.
